Ingredients

  • Liver, 200g, sliced
  • Crab, 150g, shelled and shredded
  • Lobster, 150g, cooked and chopped
  • Scallops, 100g, cleaned
  • Pecan, 50g, chopped

Seasoning

  • Salt, 1 tsp, to taste
  • Black pepper, 1/2 tsp, ground
  • Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice, 1 tbsp, fresh

Step 1

In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add liver slices to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Add crab and lobster to the skillet, stirring gently to warm through, about 3-4 minutes.

Toss in the pecans, cooked liver, and scallops, then drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
