  • Potatoes 2, peeled and cut into uneven chunks
  • Asparagus 1 bunch, trimmed and cut into segments

Seasoning

  • Garlic 3 cloves, sliced
  • Olive oil as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Rosemary a pinch (optional)

Heat a pan with olive oil, sear pork slices until golden brown on both sides, season with salt and black pepper, then set aside.
